With over 100 members from 17 regional chapters coming together, the event served as a powerful platform for collaboration and strategic planning. Representatives traveled from as far as New Zealand, Philippines, Australia, and various Southeast Asian countries to participate in this significant event.
Meeting of Minds
Held at the beautiful Park Hyatt Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City from August 19th to 21st, the Leadership Summit provided an excellent opportunity for leaders to connect and align on priorities for the upcoming year. The gathering emphasized technology integration and systematic approaches to growth, both in recruitment efforts and member engagement strategies.
The ultimate goal remains clear: delivering transformational growth to our members. This ambitious vision drives all our initiatives and was the central theme throughout the summit discussions.
Regional Initiatives Taking Shape
Two significant regional initiatives are currently being led by our organization's own members. As the Marcoms chair, I'm personally overseeing these projects, while our dedicated chapter manager, Tam, has committed to operationalizing them.
Her decision to take on this additional responsibility demonstrates exceptional dedication to our chapter's success.
It was particularly inspiring to witness our team members step into leadership roles during the summit. Both representatives confidently addressed the audience, one speaking to a room of 100 attendees, the other to a group of 40. For professionals early in their careers, presenting to a room filled with successful CEOs is no small feat, yet they rose to the occasion brilliantly.

The Leadership Summit reinforced the incredible value of pursuing leadership opportunities within our organization. While no path is without challenges and politics. Frustrations exist in every environment, the benefits far outweigh any difficulties.
