EO Vietnam is run by its members. Nine elected positions, two-year terms, no salary. They are the founders who decide what the chapter does, who joins, and how we grow.

Specializes in customized polyurethane foam solutions. Ho Chi Minh City resident for 7 years, married with a young daughter.

Member since 1996, instrumental in Vietnam's kitchenware industry growth, distributing premium brands including ZWILLING and STAUB.
Dave Hajdu
25+ years in business transformation. Founded EO Vietnam in 2016, now Area Director for Southeast Asia empowering chapter leaders globally.
TK Nguyen
Leads Vietnam's premier esports and media company partnering with FPT, VietJet, and Monster Energy. Co-founder of Skylight Nha Trang beach club.
Julien Curtet
Founded an independent corporate finance advisory focusing on deals between $20 and $200 million. Completed 50+ transactions across healthcare, consumer, and telecom.
Tam Bui
Accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in business development, marketing, and operations. Dental chain specializes in orthodontic treatments across Vietnam.
Hanh Tran
Transformed the brand into one of Vietnam's largest children's fashion retail chains. Expanded to Cambodia, partnering with Disney and ELLE.
Harley Trung
Provides web, mobile, cloud, and AI development services. Remote-first model enables flexible team building while maintaining engineering standards.

Board nominations open every September for the following two-year term. Members are eligible after two full years of attendance. The Path of Leadership is the recommended preparation.
